Recipe of Egg Lababdar

Hey guys! 
Welcome back to my blog, for today's recipe I'm going to share with you guys how to make a very simple but tasty dish called EGG LABABDAR.
For all the egg lovers out there, you will really enjoy this recipe as it is very different from other egg dishes and will definitely enhance your taste buds.

Prep time: 15 mins   
Cooking time: 25 mins
No. of Persons: 6


INGREDIENTS :

6- Eggs
5- Large Onions
4- Tomato
10- Cloves
3- Cardamom
2- Bay Leaves
6- Cashew nuts
2 Tsp- Ginger and garlic paste
1 Tsp- crushed Kasuri Methi
1 Tsp- Coriander powder
1/2 Tsp- Sajeera
4 Tsp- Fresh Cream
Salt, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Turmeric as required


PROCESS : 

Firstly, boil 6 eggs and keep aside.

Step 1 - Take a mixer and add tomato, sajeera, cashew nuts, cardamom and cloves. Then grind it well.

Step 2- Next, take a pan and add 5 Tsp of Oil - for better taste use ghee or butter.

Step 3- Then we add onions and bay leaves. After the onions have become golden brown we add ginger and garlic paste.

Step 4- Let it saute for 2 mins and then add the tomato puree.

Step 5- Let it mix for 2 mins and then add turmeric, coriander powder, kashmiri chilli powder and salt for taste.

Step 6- Let it cook for 5 mins and add Fresh Cream.

Step 7- Next add Kasuri Methi and let it boil for 10 mins.

Step 8- Finally add the 6 boiled eggs (if you wish you may slice each egg in half before adding it in the curry) and some fresh coriander for garnish. Along with that we can grate an egg white for the topping. (Make sure you add an extra egg for topping while boiling.)

Step 9- Serve the Egg Lababdar with Hot Rice or Roti / Chapati.
