Recipe of Chicken Roast

For today's recipe my brother and I have decided to cook chicken roast and share it with you guys.
There are many ways to cook Chicken and it has become a common dish in our lives but today I'm going to show you a mouth watering recipe which will stand out from the rest. This recipe is made by using a variety of ingredients for better tasting. I'm really excited to share the recipe with you all.

Prep Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 25-30 mins
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken - 1 kg
Ghee - 2/3 Tsp
Onions - 2
Ginger and garlic paste - 3 Tsp
Turmeric - 1 Tsp
Dry Red Chillies - 15
Cloves - 10
Cardamom - 4
Cinnamon - 3
Raw coriander seeds - 2 Tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
Sajeera - 1/2 Tsp
Peppercorns - 1/2 Tsp
Curry leaves and Coriander leaves - handful
Salt as required
PROCESS:
Step 1 - Take a pan, add coriander seeds and dry red chillies and let it roast for 2 mins. Next add in cumin seeds, peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, sajeera and continue roasting it for 1 min but make sure it doesn't burn.
Step 2 - Transfer the roasted ingredients into the mixer and grind it well.
Step 3 - Take a pan and add 2 or 3 Tsp of quality ghee and let it melt for a while. Then add the cut onions and fry it till golden brown. Next add ginger and garlic paste along with a pinch of turmeric powder and let it saute for 1 min on low flame.
Step 4 - Add the chicken into the pan and let it cook until water seeps out from it.
Step 5 - After the chicken has cooked well, add the masala from the grinder and make sure the chicken is coated well. Then add salt as required.
Step 6 - Finally add a handful of coriander leaves and curry leaves and let it roast for 5 mins.
Serve this delicious Chicken Roast hot as a snack or with Rice/ Chapati.
